I've spent 22 years as a recruitment consultant specialising in food, ingredients and flavours and honestly, I still love what I do just as much as when I started.

What drives me is simple: finding the right person for the right role at the right time. Not just matching skills on a resume, but really understanding people, culture and the kind of fit that actually sticks.
