The verdict?

“It’s got a pull to it, like pulling a chicken drumstick apart,” Perry said after tasting a soy-based “chicken wing” featuring Tastilux.

“You get the really nice mouthfeel of the fat... it’s the double whammy on fat and texture.” 👏

With $28M raised last year and products like Tastilux leading the charge, the future of plant-based dining just got a lot tastier.
