I’m Judy, Founder of Lurline Recruitment
Did you know, I didn’t start my career in recruitment, I started in cosmetics.

I worked in the creative side of the cosmetics industry, looking after promotions, advertising and branding. Recruitment actually found me.
A talented recruiter who was leaving the industry offered me the chance to step into her world, and I took it. Not long after, my son-in-law suggested I look at the food ingredients space and the perfect recipe for Lurline unfolded.

I spent decades building my skills and experience before deciding the timing was right to go out on my own.

I founded Lurline Recruitment in 2020. In the midst of Covid-19. I wanted to build something independent, surrounded by high achievers, and aligned with what I actually value; trust, integrity and genuine connection.

Five years on, that's still exactly what I’ve created.
