Are you currently job hunting?

For candidates in food, flavours and ingredients, my insight is that the market isn't flooded, but it's also not racing to fill full-time, permanent roles as fast as it was.

Here’s a few tips I'd suggest if you're job hunting right now:

→ Be open to conversations about contract or part-time-to-permanent pathways, especially in technical and NPD roles.
→ Don't read a slower process as "no interest", it's often just a more considered market. Things are going slowly.
→ Keep your CV and LinkedIn current and be active.

Recruiters and agents like myself are working from signals in the platform so turn on your “Looking for work” signal. If you’re feeling brave, share your journey, making sure your experience and skills are up to date with your contact information current.
